Space is limited inside the campervans so we would recommend packing lightly however there are a few things we would suggest you bring along: Bedding (Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Spare Blankets), Towels & Toiletries, Tea Towels, Bin Bags, Kitchen Roll, Food, Condiments, Sauces, Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate.

Terms and Conditions

A £200 Credit/Debit Card booking deposit is required to reserve vehicles.

A £1,000 security deposit payment (standard excess) is required. Should any damages exceed the security deposit the customer will be responsible to settle all additional costs over and above the security deposit value. This security deposit will be used to fund any loss or damage whatsoever to equipment, fixtures, fittings, windows, folding roof, tyres or negligent damage to the vehicle.

Attending a festival or major sporting event must be declared when booking your vehicle, this may incur an additional charge.

We do no allow pets in any of our vehicles.

All vehicles are for UK use only.

A cancellation charge will apply on any cancellation.

We will carry out a full Pre-Hire Inspection on every vehicle before the commencement of hire. This involves testing every system on board the vehicle to ensure they are operating correctly. In conjunction with this the hirer will be taken on a tour of the vehicle and shown how each system works., this will take up to an hour.

Should an onboard system fail during your hire, we will make every effort to remedy the fault whilst you are away but in some circumstances this may not be possible and we cannot be held responsible and will not refund any monies should a loss of service be encountered. No alterations or additions to the Vehicle can be made.

Vehicles are not to be used “off road”, vehicles must only be driven on road surfaces or suitable caravan sites/pitches.

A cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with the interior in a clean condition or if there has been smoking in the vehicle.

All vehicles to be returned during opening times only.

One driver per vehicle is included in the hire cost, an additional driver can added at extra cost.

Driving Licence and ID Vetting of drivers licences will be done via the DVLA’s View My Driving Licence service. To use this service, the driver will need to produce their driving licence along with their National Insurance number or a DVLA View My Licence check code.

Two forms of ID confirming your current home address no greater than 3 months old, such as utilities bill/bank statement/council tax bill/phone bill will also be required, Failure to produce the required information and documentation will prohibit the rental.
